Position Summary
Elite Fortune Consulting is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven individual to join our team as an In-Store AT&T Retail Sales Representative. This entry-level position is stationed within a designated AT&T retail location in Middletown, CT. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, utilizing a consultative sales approach to understand their communication needs and connect them with the full suite of AT&T products and services (including wireless, internet, TV, and accessories). This role is perfect for a motivated self-starter who is passionate about technology and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Consultative Sales: Engage customers in the retail store environment to perform thorough needs assessments and recommend tailored AT&T solutions, including new device activations, service upgrades, and accessory bundles.
- Achieve Performance Targets: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales quotas, key performance indicators (KPIs), and customer experience metrics.
- Product Expertise: Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of AT&T's latest mobile devices, service plans, promotions, and emerging technologies.
- Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service, ensuring a positive retail experience from greeting through transaction completion and device setup.
- Operational Excellence: Accurately process new sales, service changes, payments, and account updates using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Outreach & Follow-Up: Proactively manage a customer pipeline through follow-up calls and outreach to both existing and potential customers to generate new business.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in ongoing training sessions, team meetings, and store events, working collaboratively with Elite Fortune Consulting and store management to achieve collective goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, customer service, or a performance-driven environment is highly preferred, but not mandatory—we provide comprehensive training.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Pay: Base hourly wage plus unlimited, performance-based commission opportunities. (Potential estimated first-year earnings range from $40,000 - $60,000 total compensation based on meeting sales targets).
