Job Description
We’re seeking a Retail Sales Associate who is passionate about people, retail, and helping customers find exactly what they need. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, and thrives in a team-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and create a welcoming experience
- Assist shoppers with product selections and provide knowledgeable recommendations
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) system for purchases and returns
- Meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and promotions
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
Requirements
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
