Yard Porter

Job Description:
Our customer is seeking a reliable Yard Porter to join their team at in Fontana for a seasonal role during peak operations. In this role, you’ll ensure company equipment is clean, organized, and meets safety standards. You’ll also support inventory audits and administrative functions related to fleet operations.
Location:Fontana, CA
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Off Tuesday & Wednesday
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour Overtime after 8 hours
Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize interior and exterior of company equipment (tractors/trailers).
• Use cleaning tools and equipment safely (steamers, vacuums, foggers, etc.).
• Perform inspections and document equipment condition reports.
• Support audits and track yard inventory (trailers, load bars, straps, etc.).
• Maintain cleaning supply inventory and report restock needs.
• Collaborate with Fleet and Operations teams to ensure equipment readiness.
• Assist with data entry and equipment tracking.

• Class C Driver License
• Pre-Employment Drug test and Background check
• Must be able to work outdoors and perform physical labor.
• Previous yard or fleet support experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Wage Range: 18.00 - 18.00 per hour
