- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 12 months of verifiable Class A driving experience
- K4 MVR Report required
- Must be at least 23 years of age
- No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
- No more than 1 at-fault accident in the last 3 years
- Road Test Required
