Wage Range: 18.00 - 18.00 per hour
General Description of Benefits: -Sick hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee check-in and check-out processes to ensure accurate timekeeping
- Reviewing, verifying and confirming employee schedules to ensure accuracy
- Monitor workforce attendance and address tardiness, absences, or coverage gaps
- Ensure employees remain compliant with company policies and labor regulations (e.g., timely meal and rest breaks, adherence to workplace rules)
- Perform basic calculations related to hours worked, staffing needs, and reporting metrics
- Observe and support daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity standards are met
- Document and report workplace incidents, including completing accident reports accurately and promptly
- Maintain detailed records of attendance, compliance, and performance-related notes
- Communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, and management regarding staffing needs, issues, or updates
- Conduct phone outreach for scheduling, call-offs, shift confirmations, and general communication
- Address employee concerns and de-escalate issues when necessary
