Job Description:
NOW HIRING: Class A CDL Drivers – Palmdale, CA
Location: Palmdale, CA
Shift: PM (Start Times Between 3:00–4:00 PM)
Pay: $27.00/hr – Straight Time, Paid Weekly
Elite Forces Staffing is excited to be teaming up with a major logistics partner to hire over 25 Class A CDL drivers for a steady, full-time local driving opportunity. If you’re dependable, safety-minded, and ready to get on the road with a reliable schedule, this is the perfect fit for you!
What You’ll Be Doing:

• Local Routes Only – Stay close to home while making deliveries across Palmdale, Los Angeles, San Bernardino, and the Inland Empire. No overnights!
• Consistent Reefer Loads – Deliver to retail stores and distribution centers using temperature-controlled trailers.
• 1 to 3 Stops Per Day – Enjoy a manageable route with minimal stops and plenty of predictability.
• Use of Manual or Electric Pallet Jack – You’ll move pallets to the back of the trailer for customer access (no full unloading or breakdowns).
• Pallet Handling – Reposition pallets that can weigh up to 100 lbs. Just shift—not lift!
• Pre & Post-Trip Inspections – Safety first! You’ll ensure the truck is ready to roll at the start and end of your shift.
• Keep Equipment Clean & Professional – Represent the brand and yourself with pride.
• Paperwork Accuracy – Verify bills of lading and delivery documents are completed properly.
• Flexible to Route Adjustments – Be prepared for occasional changes in routes or schedules due to customer needs or road conditions.

Schedule Details:

• PM Shift Start – Between 3:00–4:00 PM daily.
• Weekend & Holiday Availability Required – This is a 24/7 operation; your regular days off will typically be Tuesday/Wednesday or Wednesday/Thursday.

Job Requirements:
Are you a reliable and experienced Class A driver looking for a fresh opportunity where your skills are valued and your day is never boring? We’re on the lookout for dedicated drivers who are ready to hit the road, keep cool (literally), and take pride in doing things the right way.
What You Bring to the Table:

• Valid Class A CDL – You've earned it, and you know how to use it.
• 1 Year of Experience – You’ve got at least 12 months behind the wheel of a 53’ refrigerated trailer and you're confident navigating tight spots and open highways.
• Clean Driving Record – No major violations and no more than one at-fault accident in the last 3 years. Safety first!
• Reefer Knowledge – You know how to keep that load chill with proper temperature control and can troubleshoot minor reefer issues like a pro.
• Comfortable Using a Pallet Jack – You’ll be responsible for moving pallets to the back of the trailer for easy customer access. No full unloads, just a little hustle to help things go smoothly.
• Strong Communicator – Whether it’s dispatch, the customer, or your fellow teammates, you’re respectful, professional, and clear.
• Professional & Reliable – You show up ready to work, pay attention to the little things, and always keep it professional.
• Dress Code – Work boots (no steel toe needed), long pants, and a positive attitude. Shorts are a no-go for safety reasons.
• Road Test Required – Show us what you’ve got before starting. No stress – we just want to make sure you’re set up for success.
