Job Description: Vehicle Operator for Sale Day Events and Operations
We are looking for a reliable and safety-conscious individual to join our team as a Vehicle Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for operating vehicles during sale day events and supporting general auction operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate vehicles (driving, parking, and staging) in support of sale day events and general car sale activities
- Move vehicles to, from, and within auto facility property
- Ensure all vehicles are operated in a safe manner, adhering to company policies, procedures, and traffic laws
- Demonstrate courtesy and defensive driving techniques, observing rules of the road at all times
- Drive assigned vehicles through vehicle lanes on sale days
- Park vehicles in proper order on Auto facility as directed
- Assist in moving inoperable vehicles when directed
- Comply with all safety protocols related to the job
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Ability to operate vehicles safely and efficiently
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations
- Ability to follow instructions and demonstrate courtesy while driving
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
