Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Make a high volume of outbound recruiting calls daily to prospective Class C Driver candidates.
- Screen applicants to determine qualifications and eligibility.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate appointments.
- Follow up with applicants regarding application status and next steps.
- Maintain and update applicant records in Tenstreet and other recruiting systems.
- Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified drivers for current and future openings.
- Post job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms.
- Assist candidates with onboarding paperwork and compliance requirements.
- Track recruiting activities and provide daily updates on call volume, contacts made, and candidate status.
- Respond to candidate inquiries via phone, text, and email.
- Work closely with operations and dispatch teams to understand hiring needs and staffing priorities.
Performance Expectations
- Maintain daily outbound call goals.
- Generate qualified candidate leads for open Class C Driver positions.
- Schedule and complete candidate interviews.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all new applicants.
- Maintain accurate recruiting records and notes.
Compensation
- Hourly Pay: $18.00 an hour

Job Requirements:
- Previous recruiting, customer service, call center, or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong communication and phone skills.
- Comfortable making 75–150 outbound calls per day.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple candidate pipelines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, email, and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
