Job Description:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Make a high volume of outbound recruiting calls daily to prospective Class C Driver candidates.
  • Screen applicants to determine qualifications and eligibility.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate appointments.
  • Follow up with applicants regarding application status and next steps.
  • Maintain and update applicant records in Tenstreet and other recruiting systems.
  • Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified drivers for current and future openings.
  • Post job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms.
  • Assist candidates with onboarding paperwork and compliance requirements.
  • Track recruiting activities and provide daily updates on call volume, contacts made, and candidate status.
  • Respond to candidate inquiries via phone, text, and email.
  • Work closely with operations and dispatch teams to understand hiring needs and staffing priorities.

Performance Expectations
  • Maintain daily outbound call goals.
  • Generate qualified candidate leads for open Class C Driver positions.
  • Schedule and complete candidate interviews.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on all new applicants.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting records and notes.

Compensation
  • Hourly Pay: $18.00 an hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Requirements:
  • Previous recruiting, customer service, call center, or administrative experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and phone skills.
  • Comfortable making 75–150 outbound calls per day.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple candidate pipelines.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, email, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Wage Range: 17.00 - 18.00 per hour
