Job Description: Invoicing Coordinator
Reports To: Installation Manager
Assignment Focus: We have an immediate opening for an Invoicing Coordinator. The Invoicing Coordinator will review all jobs to ensure that labor, installer back charges, and customer invoicing is accurate and meets company criteria prior to closing the job in the system. The ideal candidate will be numbers oriented as well as have the ability to stay organized and work within a fast paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Review jobs to ensure the correct labor amount is being paid
- Ensures that the jobs are invoiced properly prior to closing the job
- Process installer back charges in the system
- Invoices jobs in a timely manner
- Maintains proper order status daily
- Works with internal team to correct any discrepancies

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail and process oriented
