Elite Finish Contractors is a growing construction company looking to add motivated and reliable individuals to our team! We are currently hiring for the following positions:
- Carpenter
- Carpenter Apprentice
- Painter / Taper / Spackler
- Journeyman
- Junior Mechanic

Responsibilities
Responsibilities will vary depending on the position and experience level, but may include:
- Performing general construction, renovation, and repair work
- Carpentry, framing, trim, drywall, and finishing work
- Painting, taping, spackling, sanding, and surface preparation
- Assisting skilled tradesmen and learning new skills
- Using hand tools and power tools safely
- Maintaining a clean and organized job site
- Following directions from supervisors and working effectively as part of a team
- Completing work efficiently while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications
- Construction experience preferred; experience requirements will vary by position
- Apprentices and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
- Reliable transportation and ability to report to job sites as required
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, standing, and working on your feet
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
