Elite Fine Jewelers is seeking an experienced Master Bench Jeweler to join our team in Tempe, Arizona.
We are a family-operated luxury jewelry store known for custom engagement rings, large diamond work, estate restoration, and complex repairs. We are looking for a highly skilled professional who takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and efficiency.
This role requires someone who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced custom environment without sacrificing quality.
Responsibilities
• Advanced custom fabrication and fine jewelry creation
• Precision stone setting (including large center stones)
• Platinum rebuilds and complex repairs
• Prong retipping and structural restoration
• Ring sizing, shank replacement, and mount modification
• Laser welding (experience preferred)
• Maintain high productivity while upholding exceptional quality standards
• Adapt to varying repair and custom demands throughout the day
What We’re Looking For
• 5 years of bench experience (master-level preferred)
• Strong soldering skills in gold and platinum
• Advanced stone-setting ability
• Comfortable working efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Flexible, team-oriented, and solution-driven
