A DAY IN THE LIFE

As an Territory Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our company. Enjoy meeting new people as you introduce our plans to potential clients, including HR directors and business owners. With strong customer service skills, you’ll build and maintain positive relationships and utilize our CRM tool to manage accounts. Your drive for success will help both you and your clients achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • B2B Sales: Approach businesses and engage with decision-makers, such as company owners, HR directors, general managers and their employees.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand the unique needs of businesses and present tailored solutions that benefit employees.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and success.
  • Lead Generation: Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage your pipeline, and follow up on new business opportunities.
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring they receive the best possible solutions.
  • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales goals while contributing to the continued growth of the agency.

QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred candidates have 6 months of sales experience. If you’re personable, have great customer service skills, and are eager to learn, you might be the perfect fit!
