Key Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of large-scale data center and commercial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field leadership.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Oversee contracts, procurement, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with company quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, developers, general contractors, architects, engineers, and key stakeholders.
- Identify project risks early and implement proactive solutions.
- Support business development and preconstruction efforts as needed.
- 8 years of electrical construction project management experience.
- Proven success leading large commercial, mission-critical, or data center projects.
- Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, forecasting, and contract administration.
- Experience leading multiple project teams simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Stable work history with progressive leadership experience.
