What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts driver/Shop help position at Elite Equipment Maintenance and Repair?
Driver/Shop help wanted. We are looking for a full-time driver in the Eighty Four/Washington County area to make parts pickups in our company van. Valid driver's license required with a clean driving record. A CDL is a plus. Other duties include maintaining the shop and acting as a mechanic's assistant. Mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn are the qualities we are looking for. Recent grads and mechanics with a desire to excel in a heavy equipment repair environment are encouraged to apply. Ability to work efficiently and independently Exhibits good judgment and decision-making skills Keeps the shop area neat and clean. Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner. Required standing for long periods of time Requires bending/stooping/kneeling for long periods Requires frequent lifting of 5 to 50 lbs. Requires occasional liftirmgof 50 to 100 lbs.
