Lawn & Ornamental Spray Technician
Elite Environmental Solutions, Inc is looking for a highly motivated Lawn Care Specialist who has a strong work ethic and driven for success.
Requirements:
- Does not have to have experience in the Lawn and Ornamental pest control, but experience goes a long way.
- High School graduate/GED
- Must have a valid drivers license with a reliable source of transportation, pass a drug test and legal to work in the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Service lawn and shrubs with correct products for each job.
- Be able to suggest new application/services to customers to fit their needs.
- Be able to identify different types of pests, diseases and nutrient deficiencies. (With training)
- Know how to visually identify different types of pest damage and how to treat. (With training)
- Should be able to identify common types of turfs and plants. (With training)
- Able to lift up to 50lbs of bagged fertilizer.
- Should be tech savvy, being able to use a smart phone for apps of scheduling, route reading and pest/plant identifying.
- Meeting and calling customers when necessary.
- Must be able to drag/pull hoses through properties.
- Keep a clean and maintained work environmental i.e vehicle, storage and equipment.
- Making sure all customers are serviced and well taken care of.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
