Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. Exceptional customer service skills are essential. We are looking to urgently fill this position, so being able to start soon and learn quickly are greatly appreciated.
Duties
- Greet patients warmly and check them in.
- Answer the phones professionally and in a friendly manner, schedule patients.
- Assist with checking patient out and going over post-treatment information.
- Maintain a clean and organized desk area.
- Answer questions from patients within your ability.
Experience
- Dental office experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong computer literacy, use of TDO software is preferred but not required.
- Front desk/reception experience required.
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
