HVAC Service Technician

About the Role

As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in both residential and commercial settings. Your expertise will help ensure systems run efficiently and safely, while delivering exceptional customer service through clear communication and professional recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

· Inspect, clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems, including air handling units, ductwork, vents, and condensation drainage.  Keep detailed records of service performed and maintain a clean, organized work environment.  

· Diagnose system issues, perform routine and emergency repairs, and ensure optimal performance.  Provide expert HVAC solutions, addressing customer needs with professionalism and expertise

· Comply with industry standards and safety regulations.  Additional duties as assigned. 

Qualifications

· 3-5 years of HVAC experience (preferably in residential markets).

· EPA Certification preferred.

· Valid Driver’s License required.

· Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.

· Dedicated to high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

· Ability to interact professionally across all levels of an organization.

· Team-oriented, flexible, and adaptable to dynamic work environments. 

· Experience with Service Titan Software is a plus!

The physical requirements of this job include:

· Lifting 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally

· Climbing ladders, accessing attics, navigating tight spaces, driving, entering crawlspaces, pushing, carrying, pulling, using hand tools, and performing fine detail work.

· Ability to drive.

· Working in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settings, attics, crawlspaces.

· Ability to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone.

· Use hands to handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms. 

· Regularly stoop, kneel, bend, and crouch.

· The work requires regular exposure to extreme temperatures both indoors and outdoors, such as heat or cold, and adverse weather conditions such as wind, rain, ice or snow.
