Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Generate new business through door-to-door outreach, networking, referrals, and self-driven efforts
- Consistently build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects
- Take full ownership of personal lead flow and opportunities
2. Client Consultation
- Meet with homeowners to assess project needs and provide solutions
- Educate clients on services, materials, and project scope
- Assist homeowners with navigating the insurance claims process when applicable
3. Sales Execution
- Present estimates and proposals clearly and confidently
- Follow up with prospects and move opportunities through the pipeline
- Secure signed agreements and close deals
4. Communication & Coordination
- Accurately communicate job details to the Company upon securing a project
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients throughout the sales process
- Coordinate with the team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to production
5. Accountability & Performance
- Manage time effectively and maintain a consistent work schedule
- Track leads, follow-ups, and sales activity
- Hold yourself to a high standard of effort, discipline, and results
- Consistently build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects

Pay: $65,172.88 - $78,487.77 per year
