Nurse Injector (RN / APRN) — Aesthetics Practice Growth

We’re hiring a Nurse Injector who is exceptional with a needle and energized by building a practice. This is not a clock-in, clock-out injector seat. As we grow, your day flexes between delivering beautiful, safe results for patients and — while the books are still filling — doing the work that gets this clinic booked solid. If you want to

What you’ll do
- Perform aesthetic injectables — neurotoxins (Botox, Jeuveau), dermal fillers, and biostimulators (Sculptra) — with precision and an eye for natural results
- Conduct thorough consultations, build customized treatment plans, and own the patient relationship end to end
- Drive growth when the schedule is light: content capture, event & membership promotion, follow-ups, rebooking, reactivation outreach, and local relationship-building
- Contribute to anything the clinic needs to gain momentum — we are building, and every team member builds with us
- Uphold clinical excellence, safety, charting, and compliance standards at all times
- Support and learn across our menu: lasers, RF microneedling, body sculpting, and medical weight loss
What we’re looking for
- Active, unrestricted Texas RN license — REQUIRED
- Hands-on aesthetic injecting experience — REQUIRED (proven competency with tox and filler)
- APRN / Nurse Practitioner — strongly preferred, but not required
- A genuine growth mindset — you see a slow day as an opportunity, not downtime
- Polished, warm, and confident with patients; strong aesthetic eye and judgment
- Self-starter who takes ownership and thrives in an entrepreneurial, build-it environment
- Comfortable with social/content and promotion; BLS certified; strong documentation habits
