Position: Registered Dental Assistant *State of Tennessee Dental Assistant license is/will be required.
Location: 683 E Broadway Blvd, Jefferson City, TN 37760
Employment Type: Full-time, Monday-Thursday, 8:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M. with 1 Friday monthly.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the doctor chairside with a variety of treatment procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments
- Taking digital x-rays and CT scans
- Utilizing Itero scanner and fabricating temporary crowns
- Educate patients on procedures and post-operative care instructions
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using Dentrix Ascend software.
Requirements:
- Active Tennessee State Dental Assistant License *If you are applying from out of state, please explain your licensing status when submitting your resume.
- Graduation from an accredited dental assisting program
- Current CPR certification
- Proven experience as a dental assistant preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and willingness to learn
- Professional attitude and appearance
