- Dental Office Expertise: A minimum of 1'2 years of hands-on dental office experience is required. You must understand dental terminology, clinical procedure codes, and treatment sequencing.
- Insurance Verification & Billing Mastery: Deep familiarity with PPO plans, fee schedules, eligibility verification, pre-authorizations, and primary/secondary claim submissions. You know how to minimize claim rejections and present clear financial estimates to patients.
- Exceptional Customer Service: A naturally friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor. You excel at building rapport, easing financial anxieties, and making every patient feel valued.
- Meticulous Attention to Detail: Flawless accuracy in patient ledger accounting, insurance data entry, and schedule optimization.
