Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Sign Installer to join our team. This role involves both shop work and field installations, working on a variety of custom signage projects. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable working outdoors and at heights.

Responsibilities

• Install a wide range of signage, including:
• • Channel letters
  • Vinyl graphics (walls, windows, doors)
  • Monument signs
  • Street signs
  • Interior signs (e.g., Gemini letters)
  • Illuminated and non-illuminated cabinets
• Operate lifts and equipment (bucket truck experience is a plus)
• Connect electrical components to junction boxes
• Perform both in-shop prep work and on-site installations
• Work outdoors in various conditions, including digging and setting posts when needed
• Ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous sign installation experience
• Experience operating bucket trucks or lifts
• Basic electrical knowledge
