Position Overview:
We are hiring a reliable and motivated Construction Laborer to support our field operations. This role involves material delivery, site maintenance, and hauling duties. Candidates must have at least one year of construction experience and a strong commitment to consistent attendance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick up and deliver construction materials to various job sites
- Safely drive and operate a vehicle with a trailer
- Make regular dump runs to dispose of construction waste
- Assist in keeping job sites clean, organized, and safe
- Support the crew and supervisors with general labor tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of construction experience
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Experience towing a trailer
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs
- Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday; occasional weekends as needed
