Key Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning and sanitation of retail floors, restrooms, break areas, offices, hallways, and entryways.
- Ensure trash is removed and areas are restocked as needed.
- Handle light maintenance tasks (e.g., changing trash liners, minor spills).
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and hazard-free environment.
- Complete assigned tasks on schedule and report any issues or supply needs promptly.
Requirements
- Prior janitorial or cleaning experience preferred (retail or commercial setting ideal).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- Good attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs and stand for extended periods.
