What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Estimator / Project Manager / Supervisor position at Elite Contracting Inc?
Florida based plastering, stucco and carpentry subcontractor
We are looking for a versatile individual who can estimate and run projects simultaneously. Someone who is familiar with Florida based general contractors and can bring potential new clients to our organization. This candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in estimating and managing trades like Stucco, Plaster, and EIFS (experience in masonry, stone and carpentry is a plus). Someone with an educational background in construction management, architecture, civil engineering or a substantial amount of experience in the stucco and plaster industry.
Key traits:
- Ability to read and analyze plans and specs.
- Must have the ability to supervise and manage field laborers
- Knowledge of Procore and other project management softwares.
- Knowledge of On screen take off , Bluebeam, Auto CAD, MS office & Outlook
- Strong Communication and people skills
- Must be a team Player
- *Work authorization is a must*
