Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance & Operations Coordinator to support our daily business operations. This role combines financial administration, payroll support, and general office coordination, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, hands-on environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesBookkeeping & Financial Administration
- Record and maintain accurate day-to-day financial transactions using accounting software
- Reconcile accounts and ensure financial records are up to date
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Prepare basic financial reports and summaries for leadership
- Manage invoicing, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances
Payroll & HR Support
- Collect, review, and verify employee timesheets for payroll processing
- Assist with payroll preparation and ensure timely and accurate submissions
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork and system updates
- Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
Office & Operations Support
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
- Assist with internal communications and documentation
- Support special projects and process improvements as needed
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in bookkeeping, office administration, or a related role
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or similar)
- Basic understanding of payroll and HR processes preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
