Core Responsibilities
Measure, verify, and install residential windows and exterior doors
Ensure installations meet quality standards, specifications, and timelines
Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners during projects
Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
Address minor adjustments or punch-list items as needed
Ideal Experience & Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years in residential construction or home improvement
Hands-on experience installing replacement windows and doors
Active Workers' Compensation and General Liability insurance
Own truck, tools, and equipment required for installation
Dependable scheduling and strong attention to detail
