Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, offices, hotels, or commercial facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
- Handle specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, laundry services, and upholstery maintenance
- Maintain high standards of sanitation in kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas by following proper cleaning protocols
- Manage janitorial duties including trash removal, restocking supplies, and ensuring all areas are hygienic and organized
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and efficiently
- Follow safety guidelines and use appropriate cleaning products and equipment responsibly
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks when required, including scheduling or inventory checks
Experience
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings is highly desirable
- Experience with hotel housekeeping or hospitality environments is a plus
- Knowledge of floor care techniques such as stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning methods
- Familiarity with sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining cleanliness in various environments
- Hands-on experience with laundry services and housekeeper management is beneficial
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings
