Variable Hour (PT) Cleaning Job – (Pay at $15.85 per hour )

We are a cleaning company that has a cleaning position in office buildings located in Wilmington, Delaware and surrounding areas

PartTime Position: Evening Hours – Monday Thru Friday from 5:30pm - 9:30pm.
As a Floater, your role is to fill vacancies, cover leave of absences and take on emergency work.

A Floater is responsible for the following:

• Perform basic cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, restroom cleaning, vacuuming, spot cleaning, and emptying trash cans.

• 
  Ensure cleaning practices are safe and efficient

• 
  Perform janitorial duties as outlined in the service scope for each location

• 
  Use appropriate methods, equipment, and chemicals to complete cleaning tasks
• Provide A Level of Service That Meets Company’s Quality Standard

Duties and Responsibilities:
*Office cleaning, Cleaning restrooms/kitchen, Vacuuming rugs, Dusting surfaces, Trash removal

*Sweeping and mopping floors, Glass cleaning/mirrors, Stocking paper products

**All Cleaning Supplies and Equipment Provided***

*PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must Be Able To Lift 20 pounds, Bend, Stretch, Stand For Extended Periods Of Time, Climb Stairs, Reach, Twist, Sit, Walk and squat. Must Be Comfortable Working On Your Feet For The Entire Shift.

Qualifications:
*Attention to Detail A MUST

*MUST Have Reliable Transportation To The Company Office, (Wilmington, Delaware)

*Previous Cleaning Experience A PLUS.
