Elite Cleaners Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a professional Delivery Driver to join Wichita’s premier dry-cleaning and laundry company. The delivery Driver is the first person our customers (internal and external) interact with during established deliveries. You will be responsible for transporting clothing between store locations, business routes, residential routes, and our linen routes. As a face of the company, you are expected to make a memorable impression by displaying a positive and dynamic attitude while continuously seeking to improve the customer experience and retention.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

What you will do:

• Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes the mission of Elite Cleaners.
• Transport clothing between locations, route clients, and restoration clients in a timely and safe courteous manner.
• Provide quality customer service through regular interaction and communication with clients and store team members.
• Drive client retention by building relationships and creating customer loyalty.
• Inspect delivery vehicle for defects and safe operation conditions before, during, and after each delivery.

What We Are Looking For:

• 5 years of previous experience or delivery personnel
• Must have and maintain a valid Kansas Driver License
• Ability to work 25-30 hours per Week
• Ability to delivery legendary Customer Service that meets and exceeds customer’s expectations
• Natural Interpersonal Savvy to build effective relationships with all people inside and outside the store
