What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleaning Crew position at Elite Clean Solutions LLC?
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated 1099 Subcontractor who is an independent cleaner or has their own small cleaning team or LLC. Candidates must have their own personal cleaning equipment to partner with us . We have a building that needs cleaned for 4 hours once a week every wednesday In Hegins PA Great for part time work Or getting some work under your belt if you need more hours to add on to your schedule
Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment when needed
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines for handling cleaning chemicals
- Perform floor care duties including buffing, waxing, and polishing
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work preferred
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment
- Ability to maintain facilities to high standards of cleanliness
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks is a plus
