Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Managing Director located in Houston, TX. The Managing Director will oversee the firm’s daily strategic and operational activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, leading business development initiatives, mentoring team members, overseeing strategic communication programs, and driving the company’s vision and growth. The Managing Director will also play a central role in decision-making, resource allocation, and fostering a collaborative, results-driven culture.
