Our Company is a very Diverse Food Truck/ Concession Company w/ numerous Concepts/Trucks/Carts/Booths. We do many different types of events big and small, locally and Around the Country. We operate at Fairs, Festivals, Concerts, Races, Motorcycle Rallys, Catered events, farmers markets, and Business lunches. We are looking for Fun outgoing Reliable people to join our growing team. FT & PT

What you’ll do

• Prepare and cook menu items while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, including Aloha POS and Micros POS, to process customer orders efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
• Manage cash handling accurately, ensuring all transactions are processed correctly.
• Maintain cleanliness in the food truck, including bussing tables and sanitizing surfaces regularly.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

Basic qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or a quick-service restaurant environment is preferred.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.

Preferred qualifications

• Culinary experience or kitchen experience is highly valued.
• Familiarity with retail math and basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Work Location: In person

Salary : $15 - $16
