Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of the inside of all vehicles after they return at end of day.
- Handle chemical agents safely by following proper chemical handling safety procedures.
- Replenish supplies as needed in every vehicle each night.
- Execute routine maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, and inspecting vehicles for potential issues requiring escalation.
- Maintain detailed logs of completed tasks, safety inspections, and maintenance activities in accordance with safety protocol.
- Support facility upkeep by assisting with maintenance responsibilities during evening shifts to prepare the premises for the next day’s operations.
Skills
- Proven maintenance experience with a strong understanding of commercial or industrial cleaning procedures is a plus but not required.
- Ability to handle chemical agents safely while following all chemical handling safety procedures.
- Experience with minor repairs is a plus but not required.
- Strong manual handling skills with an emphasis on safe lifting practices when moving heavy items or equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with staff and visitors.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance routines including basic troubleshooting and preventative care.
