Key Responsibilities

Answer customer inquiries regarding loan terms, balances, payment schedules, payoff amounts, renewals, and general servicing questions
*
Process loan renewals and extensions in accordance with established guidelines
*
Process advances on lines of credit, ensuring proper authorization and documentation
*
Maintain loan accounts, including updates to borrower information, payment posting, and account corrections
*
Process interest rate changes and ensure accurate system updates
*
Conduct research on loan accounts to resolve discrepancies, payment issues, or customer concerns
*
Process NSF (Non-Sufficient Funds) returns related to loan payments and follow required procedures
*
Prepare, review, and maintain loan documentation and servicing records
*
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards
*
Collaborate with lending, collections, and customer service teams to resolve account issues
*
Perform other loan servicing duties as assigned
Qualifications
*
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or banking experience preferred
*
Prior experience in loan servicing, banking operations, or financial services preferred
*
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*
Excellent customer service and communication skills
*
Ability to research, analyze, and resolve account discrepancies
*
Proficient in banking or loan servicing systems and basic office software
*
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
