About the Role:

The Cleaner plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all employees and visitors at our corporate facility. This position involves performing a variety of janitorial duties that ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of indoor (and outdoor where requested) spaces. The Cleaner will be responsible for floor care, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Additionally, the role requires adherence to safety procedures while operating machinery and using cleaning chemicals. Ultimately, the Cleaner contributes to the overall aesthetic and functional quality of the workplace, promoting a positive atmosphere for productivity.

Location:

• 7253-LC-Bethlehem, PA.: Flat Rate Pay of $15.00 Wages & $5.00 for transportation per clean. Site is cleaned 5 days per week Monday thru Friday, between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM. (NO SATURDAY OR SUNDAY WORK PERMITTED).
• 6464- LC- Walgreens- Easton, PA.: Flat Rate Pay of $15.00 Wages & $5.00 for transportation per clean. Site is cleaned 3 days per week Monday, Wednesday and Friday before 10:00 PM. ( NO SATURDAY OR SUNDAY WORK PERMITTED).
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable Transportation
  
  

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

• Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning roles.
• Floor care experience & Floor care machine knowledge a plus
• Window cleaning experience a plus
  
  

Responsibilities Can Include But Are Not Limited To

• We have a double wide office trailer and a single wide conference trailer.
• There are 2 bathrooms total.
• Each cleaning we’d need the following:
• Bathrooms cleaned
• Floors swept and mopped throughout
• Trash collected and removed from each office and space
• Counters/desks wiped
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift 10 pounds regularly
• Bend, stretch, twist, reach above head, squat, walk and stand for extended periods of time
• Climb stairs
  
  

Skills: The required skills for this position, such as janitorial duties and floor care, are essential for maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Daily tasks will involve using various cleaning techniques and equipment to ensure all areas are hygienic and presentable. Knowledge of safety procedures is crucial when operating machinery, ensuring that all tasks are performed without risk to oneself or others.
