Elite Breakout Inc specializes in helping Fortune 500 brands connect with customers through in-person, in-store marketing campaigns. Our team works directly inside major retailers such as Sam’s Club, Walmart, and Target, providing high-quality representation and driving measurable results for our clients.

Each workday starts at our Saginaw, MI corporate office with team meetings focused on training, goal setting, and strategy. Afterward, our Marketing Representatives head to assigned retail locations to interact with customers face-to-face, promote client products, and drive sales.

Position Summary

This is an entry-level, in-person marketing role with a focus on customer engagement, product education, and sales support inside established retail environments. We provide a full Management Training Program designed to prepare motivated individuals for leadership roles within the company.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily morning meetings at the Saginaw office for coaching, training, and team collaboration
• Travel to assigned retail locations in the Saginaw area to represent client products and services
• Engage customers in conversation to explain features, benefits, and promotions
• Deliver outstanding customer service and guide customers through the buying process
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer feedback, and performance metrics
• Learn marketing and sales strategies to prepare for future leadership opportunities

Compensation & Benefits:

We Offer:

• Base Performance commission Pay: Weekly earnings between $600–$1,200, based on experience, training progress, and sales performance. (Base pay is hourly and additional commission is earned per sale.)
• Employment Type: Full-time W-2 position (not 1099 or contract-based).

Qualifications – Minimum Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation to both the Saginaw office and local retail locations
• Ability to stand for extended periods and engage with customers in a busy retail setting

Preferred but not required:

• Marketing, leadership, or management experience
• Coursework or degree in business, marketing, or communications
