Location: Denver, CO (On-site – office/warehouse environment)

Schedule: Part-time, approx. 20 hours per week

Duration: Summer Internship – approx. 12 weeks

Compensation: $20.00/hour

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Human Resources Summer Intern to join our team in a hands-on, operational HR environment. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain practical HR experience while supporting key administrative processes and contributing to an important organizational project.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & HR Support

• Organize and maintain HR files, both electronic and hard copy
• Scan, upload, and properly file employee documentation
• Assist with general HR administrative tasks and day-to-day support
• Ensure records are accurate, complete, and compliant with retention standards
• Support team members with various clerical and coordination needs

Uniform & Wearables Project

• Take ownership of a structured project to reorganize our uniform/wearables room
• Build and implement an inventory tracking system
• Sort, categorize, and organize physical inventory
• Establish processes for ongoing inventory management and maintenance
• Partner with HR and operations teams to align the system with business needs

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in both office and light warehouse environments
• Ability to manage repetitive administrative tasks with accuracy
• Self-starter with the ability to take ownership of a project
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred)
