Position may be assigned to any of our three Greater Orlando-area locations. Candidates should be comfortable working at one or more locations depending on business needs.

Position Overview
We're looking for a dependable, people-first leader to oversee practice quality across our Lehigh Acres and Cape Coral locations. In this role, you'll supervise both sites, learn our practice system inside and out, and make sure every session is run the way it's meant to be.
No advanced basketball experience is required — we'll train you fully on our practice system, drills, and standards before you ever step in. What matters most is your ability to lead, stay organized, and bring out the best in our coaching staff.
You'll also serve as the primary point of contact for parents at each site so our coaches can stay focused on coaching.
Responsibilities
- Learn, understand, and diligently follow our practice system at each location
- Ensure coaches are running sessions to our standards consistently across both sites
- Evaluate coaching staff and provide clear, constructive, actionable feedback
- Manage and motivate a range of personalities, keeping the team aligned and positive
- Guide parents to our customer service line.
- Train and onboard new staff on our system and expectations
- Report regularly to upper management on staff performance, site quality, and any issues that come up

- Self-managed and accountable, able to run two sites without constant oversight
- Charismatic and personable, with a presence that earns respect from staff and parents
- Comfortable leading, coaching, and giving feedback to other adults
- A strong, friendly communicator who can build trust with parents and represent us well
- Able to manage different personalities with patience and professionalism
- Willing to learn and follow a structured system closely and faithfully
- Positive, energetic, and genuinely enjoys being around kids (ages 4–18)
- Has reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- No criminal record
