Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role, located in Chesterfield, MO, for a Customer Sales Support / Flight Dispatch professional. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist in scheduling and dispatching flights, and support the sales team to ensure customer needs are met. You' be part of an outstanding administrative team providing top-notch customer experiences while working in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities include coordinating flight schedules, managing bookings, communicating with clients and internal teams, and providing administrative support for daily operations in line with our company and FAA standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Proven Sales skills and experience in engaging with customers to promote and sell services
- Excellent Analytical Skills for scheduling, problem-solving, and handling operational tasks efficiently
- Experience in Training and knowledge sharing to assist team members or clients as necessary
- Proficiency in using computer systems and tools related to flight scheduling and dispatch
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with aviation operations is a significant advantage
- Associate's Degree or greater is preferred
Compensation
