Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Lead Technician for a full-time, on-site position located in Conroe, TX. The Lead Technician will oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of advanced home automation systems, including audio, video, lighting, shading, climate control, and security systems. Daily responsibilities include supervising installation teams, diagnosing system issues, ensuring proper functionality, and adhering to project timelines and quality standards. The role also involves effective communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and alignment with their needs.
Qualifications
- Technical skills in installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of audio, video, security systems, and smart home automation equipment
- Experience with networking, energy management systems, and climate control integration
- Strong project management and team leadership capabilities
- Effective communication and customer service skills to engage with clients professionally
- Attention to detail and the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- A valid driver’s license and ability to work on-site in Conroe, TX
- Industry certifications or training in related fields are a plus
- Previous experience in home automation or technology integration is preferred
