Our Distribution Operations Manager will support our supply chain operations. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that our clinical teams are equipped with the resources they need to deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia care across all locations.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Distribution Operations Manager to join our team at Elite Anesthesia. This candidate will be responsible for maintaining medical warehouse operations, which include receiving, picking, packing, and shipping medical supplies and devices. This role will require precise attention to detail and organization to ensure patient safety. This will include the management of medical devices and mobile medical ASC units for providers nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and count incoming shipments- Accept inbound shipments from suppliers, count materials, and input data into WMS systems. Communicate with drivers and coordinate delivery on a precisely timed schedule.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment - Fill orders from providers by accurately picking material from stock and packing it according to written procedure and shipping on a timed schedule.
- Conduct weekly cycle counts to ensure accurate stock levels - Monitor product levels and expiration dates to prevent stockouts and communicate turnover quantities to cross-functional departments for procurement.
- Maintain Anesthesia ASC units for medical providers - Organize ASC equipment stock levels and prepare for fulfillment to ensure providers receive necessary supplies in a timely manner.
- Collect and input warehouse operational data - Ensure the completion of warehouse records and documentation in accordance with FDA and DSCSA requirements. This includes the use of WMS and ERP software systems.
- Operate warehouse equipment (Pallet jack, compactor, baler, forklift) Safely and efficiently - Must be able to utilize warehouse equipment efficiently and safely in accordance with written SOP and OSHA standards.
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse operations and logistics experience in a controlled environment (2 to 5 years).
- Ability to pass a drug and background test.
- Understanding of Microsoft Office, Google Suite, WMS, and ERP systems such as NetSuite, Accumatica, Surgicare, etc.
- Physical requirements may include the ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs., standing for long periods of time, climbing stairs, working from heights, and following safety rules.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Perform basic mathematical calculations - add, subtract, multiply, divide, and calculate percentages.

Pay and Benefits:
- Pay: $17 - $21/Hr. (DOE)
