ELITE exists to make ordinary days feel extraordinary by transforming shared spaces into sanctuaries of health, well-being, and genuine connection with dedication and passion.We are looking for a highly motivated and hospitality-driven Contract Swim Instructor I Williamsburg to join our team.WHAT YOU WILL DOConduct swim lessons for children ages 3 and above.Structure an hour-long class, which may be adaptable for two groups: 3-5 years and 6 years and above, with each group having a half-hour session.Develop and implement age-appropriate swimming lessons, focusing on water safety and skill development for young learners.Maintain a safe and controlled environment during swim sessions, emphasizing water safety protocols.Evaluate and track individual progress, providing constructive feedback to both children and their guardians regarding skill improvements.WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLEHigh school diploma or GED.A minimum of 1 year experience directly relevant to the job responsibilities outlined.Competency in the instructional field.
