Position Overview

Ameyalli Residence Club is seeking a motivated and dynamic Fractional Sales Associate to join our team. In this unique role, you will be responsible for selling fractional ownership interests in Ameyalli Residence Club, a premier luxury residence club located in Midway, Utah.  You will report directly to Elite Alliance Real Estate, our strategic sales partner, while your compensation will be provided by the developer of Ameyalli. This position offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative environment, representing an exclusive property in the luxury real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively prospect, engage, and close sales of fractional ownership interests for Ameyalli Residence Club.
• Nurture prospects, guiding them through the sales process and answering all questions related to fractional ownership.
• Conduct property tours, presentations, and events to showcase the unique benefits and features of Ameyalli Residence Club.
• Collaborate closely with Elite Alliance Real Estate team members to ensure seamless communication and alignment with sales strategies and objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions using CRM systems as required.
• Stay informed about market trends in luxury fractional real estate.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably with fractional, time-share, or hospitality property sales.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build relationships and trust with high-net-worth clients.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to generating leads and closing sales.
• Knowledge of luxury real estate market trends required.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Utah, real estate license required.
• Onsite office hours required.

Compensation & Reporting Structure

This position reports directly to Elite Alliance Real Estate, providing access to best-in-class sales support and resources. Compensation, including salary and commission, will be paid directly by the developer of Ameyalli Residence Club. Details regarding commission structure and incentives will be discussed during the interview process.
