What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concierge position at Elite Alliance?
Marlin Bay Resort & Marina in Marathon is currently looking for a Concierge. We are a luxury vacation rental community and marina located at mm 49.5 in Marathon.
Our team is small so experience and attitude matter! The ideal candidate will have concierge, customer service, reservations and/or front desk experience.
You must have the ability to work a variety of shifts (morning, afternoon, or evening) including weekends and holidays as defined by business needs. Shifts can vary between the hours of 7:45am to 6:45pm. Weekends are a must. A typical day in this position will include administrative work, reservations, concierge services, returning voicemails and emails, preparing and organizing dockage agreements, checking guests in and out, providing tours, communicating with dock staff, coordinating with maintenance and housekeeping, working the Ship Store, assisting in Front Desk and other tasks as assigned by Management.
Must be reliable, have a good work ethic and positive/friendly outlook, excellent customer service skills, strong computer skills, and able to work on your own as well as part of a team. Valid Florida Driver's License & reliable transportation required. Great benefits package including medical, dental, vision, paid time off and paid holidays. Background checks are required.
