We are looking for a Group Leader to assist at our After School programs throughout southern NH. We are looking for an individual who is energetic and who has a passion to work with kids. Do you want to look forward to your job each day?

Duties

As a Group Leader, you play a vital role in supporting daily operations and ensuring a safe, engaging, and well-structured environment for our students.


Program Setup & Closing

  • Assist with setting up the after-school space, including preparing all pre-planned activities provided by the Site Director.
  • Help with end-of-day shutdown, which includes proper cleaning and sanitizing of the program area to meet health and safety standards.


Activity Support

  • Assist in implementing developmentally appropriate table time activities, such as:
  • Crafts
  • Legos
  • Board games
  • Coloring
  • Other quiet time options
  • Support gym games and group activities as directed by the Site Director or Lead Teacher.

Requirements

A group leader in a school-age program shall be at least 17 years of age, and have one of the following:

(1) Experience working with school-age children, totaling 600 hours;

(2) Documentation of at least 3 credits in child development, education, recreation, or related coursework, awarded by an accredited college or university;

(3) Documentation that they are a certified coach;

(4) Documentation of 5 years of parenting experience; He-C 4002 Adopted Rule 8/26/25 68

(5) Documentation from or on file with the department that they were qualified and employed as a group leader in a school-age program on or before the adoption of these rules in 2022.


*Must have a valid Driver's License and pass a NH State background record check*
