Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in our home office located in St. Charles, IL. You will be responsible for handling a broad range of administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, managing email communication, assisting our billing department, and handling other general office duties. This position requires moderate to advanced Microsoft Office experience to support the daily operations of our company.
*Hours: Flexible, 3-4 days per week preferred
*Compensation: Up to $18/hr, based on experience
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including organization, filing, and record-keeping
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to professionally handle calls and correspondence
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities effectively
- Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is strongly preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
