Letter of Introduction Current resume Three current letters of recommendation. (One from an immediate supervisor.) Proof of California Credential (current PDF print out from CTC preferred). A copy of the credential must be provided at the time of application and kept current for the duration of the assignment. Unofficial copies of all college/university transcripts Test results, if applicable (CTC approved subject matter authorization exam scores such as the CSET, MSAT, NTE, CTEL, Praxis or equivalent)

  • Single Subject Teaching Credential - English

  • Single Subject Teaching Credential - Mathematics

  • Single Subject Teaching Credential - General Science
