Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation procedures throughout the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces
- Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for order processing and payment transactions
- Follow food safety management practices to ensure all beverages are prepared in accordance with health regulations
- Restock bar supplies regularly, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and other essentials to keep the bar fully equipped
- Monitor guest behavior responsibly, ensuring a safe environment for everyone
Qualifications
- Proven experience working as a bartender or in a restaurant setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety standards
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively
- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety management practices is a plus
- Must be at least 18 years old or as required by local regulations
