What You’ll Do
- Perform diagnostics using advanced tools to accurately identify vehicle issues
- Repair and maintain engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and powertrains
- Work on a variety of vehicles, including fleet and commercial units
- Troubleshoot using schematics and technical manuals
- Conduct inspections for safety, maintenance, and quality control
- Collaborate with service advisors for accurate estimates and efficient workflow
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an automotive technician 2-3 yers (dealership or independent shop)
- Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of powertrains, diesel engines, and vehicle systems
- Hands-on experience with tools, alignment machines, and shop equipment
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience with GM vehicles or fleet maintenance is a plus
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Valid certification preferred (but not required for the right candidate)
